Q. Do you give free estimates?

A. Yes.  The only exception is for a realtor or seller/buyer of a property of which a price is being determined for sale negotiation purposes.  The charge for this will be $150 and will deducted from the price if we do the work.

 
Q. What is your charge per foot to install sewer, water or drainage?

A.  We do not price jobs out on a per foot basis.  The reason for this is that several things can come into play that affect the price of the job. Examples can be the depth of the line, existing landscaping or utilities that are in the way, distance of travel to the job site, etc. We will be more than happy to look at your individual job and give you a TOTAL cost for the job.


Q.  How often should I have my septic tank pumped?

A.  As a general guideline, the sludge in the septic tank should be pumped out every 3-5 years, depending on the number of people living in the house and your usage habits.
